Well hello and howdy all!!!! HAPPY SPRING!!!!! YAYAYAY!!! It’s finally here!!! The sun is coming

Well hello and howdy all!!!! HAPPY SPRING!!!!! YAYAYAY!!! It’s finally here!!! The sun is coming back!!!

All of you gardeners out there know that Spring is the time to plant seeds… both in our yards and in ourselves. The soil and our bodies can be more fertile in Springtime if we give them the proper fertilizer, nutrients and care. As I spoke about in March, Spring has the energetics of TRANSFORMATION AND GROWTH.

The time is now to

  • invite change

  • refocus on goals

  • fertilize the soil of ourselves (both physically, emotionally and spiritually) and then...

  • PLANT SOME SEEDS

Do you want to plant seeds for mental-emotional healing? Physical healing?

Do you want to plant seeds for creating time and space in your schedule for doing the things you LOVE?

Would you like to plant seeds of hope for yourself and/or others for a particular situation or purpose?

Do you want to encourage actual fertility for conceiving a child? Or conceiving your next life dream?

Do you want to change how you do self care?

Do you want to change the relationship you have with your body? With your mind? With your emotions?

Do you want to CHANGE HOW YOU FEEL EVERY DAY?!?!

If your answer is… YES!!! To any of those questions, hold the intention to do so and PLANT SOME SEEDS!

I can hear the resounding question, “Well how the heck do I do this if I have been TRYING for so long and I can’t seem to shift the pattern I have been in for years, Dr. Jackie?”

You can ask for help! Ask for insight from someone who has recently done a shift in their life; or find a set of practitioners that know how to support you to reach your goals (yep, our Vitam practitioners can help!); or find a group of people that want to grow and shift together.

A simple start is writing out the response to any of the questions above. Give yourself 10 to 20 minutes to respond to the questions that sparked something deep inside of you.

Then… PLANT AN ACTUAL SEED. This process is magical. You can plant a real seed with the intention of starting whatever growth process you like as a symbol of commitment to yourself (and then reflect on your growth as you watch the plant grow from your seed). And then, hire some professionals to help you nurture & empower that seed!

What is Acupuncture, and how can it help me this Spring?

Acupuncture is a medicine system that originated in China and has been practiced for thousands of years. Chinese Medicine allows an opportunity of viewing the body as a map and a guide to understanding any underlying imbalances or disharmonies that are present (mental/emotional/physical).

Acupuncturists use the hues in the skin, the appearance of the tongue and quality of pulse along with your story and goals to diagnose which pattern of disharmony may be present. The Acupuncturist chooses and treats specific points on the body (called Acupuncture points) to encourage your body to change the pattern and heal.

The energy of Springtime brings new opportunities for our bodies to detox and cleanse, move our bodies in new ways without pain and to create change in old habits and patterns that no longer serve us by PLANTING SEEDS for GROWTH.

Acupuncture sessions can assist with

  • optimizing energy

  • springtime allergies

  • aches and pains

  • sleepless nights

  • hot flashes

  • fertility issues

  • headaches

  • mood swings

  • anxiety

  • digestive issues

  • WELLNESS and reaching goals

You CAN do this. You CAN heal. You CAN grow. You CAN choose to Carpe Vitam!!!

We are here if you need us.

Now get out there and PLAY IN THE DIRT ; )

Wishing you all you intend and more!!

Sincerely,

Dr. Jackie
