A note to you from Dr. Paula:

I have been a physical therapist for over a decade and have been blessed with many opportunities to work with amazing mentors and clinicians over the years.  I am thrilled to be back in the North End (proud Boise High graduate!) working with some of the most inspiring therapists in the valley.  I have always been interested in the energetic system of the body and wanted to integrate energy healing with my physical therapy training.  This interest has led me to work with a fascinating and powerful modality called, “Frequency Specific Microcurrent,” and I love integrating frequency treatment with hands on techniques.

My treatment style is gentle and kind, I honor each of my patients as individuals and respect that we’re all doing the best we can with what we have at the moment.  I enjoy helping people to feel more at ease in their body and their life.

When I’m not treating clients in the clinic you can find me out for a walk in the neighborhood, spending time with my family, sitting in a sauna, or soaking in a hot springs somewhere.  I love nature, music, mediation, watermelon and my cat.

Random facts about Dr. Paula:

I share my yard with 15 chickens, 8 bunnies, 2 dogs and a cat!

I am a second generation Boisean, my mother and uncles all graduated from Boise High!
