Alyssa Rogers, E-RYT

I passionately provide group and private yoga instruction as an adjunct to other healing modalities towards an individual’s health and wellbeing.  I use movement and yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices to relieve stress and other underlying mind/body imbalances.  Yoga is also used as a maintenance practice to sustain mobility, strength, flexibility, mental/emotional health and vitality! 

A note to you from Alyssa…

Yoga is for EVERY BODY.  If you have a spine and you can breathe, you can do yoga.  My goal is to guide you toward the conscious awareness and understanding of your mind/body system and hopefully feel a bit more at home in your body.  I want to help you develop the appropriate array of tools to bring this system into balance and harmony.  Often, less is more so we will keep it simple and effective. I look forward to working with you!


Aside from yoga, I can be found snowboarding, running, hiking, and biking in the Boise Foothills and beyond. I also love traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.

A few random things about me....

I lived in a tent for the summer in Alaska working as a mountain guide. I am a mother of four amazing boys. I can be found taking a long, cold soak in the Boise River year round.
