We are your current body's engineer & mechanic.
And your future body's architect.
What Is Physical Therapy?
Licensed doctors of Physical Therapy are movement experts who improve quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, and client education.
We assess and help transform all systems that contribute to healthy or restricted movement (nerves, joints, fascia, muscle, patterns, mind, emotions, habits) . We help you heal, move, sit, work, love and play without pain.
We take time to review your story and medical history to understand what your body is saying—and what needs to be shifted.
How It Works
Healthy movement & restoration are some of the most powerful organic medicines we have. They positively alter how all organs adapt & thrive. We strategically and positively apply/prescribe stimuli that cause positive shifts- sometimes instantly, and sometimes over time.
We use hands-on methods to relieve pain and restriction. This may include joint mobilization, spine mobilization, myofascial mobilization, stretching, neuromuscular reeducation, fascial release, scar tissue mobilization, craniosacral therapy, visceral mobilization, and more.
We fix compensatory movement patterns, cultivate stable, healthy joint mechanics, and restore youthful patterns.
Travel, garden, sleep, walk, run, ride, hike, play, dance, make love. We can help you do all of this confidently and with greater ease.
THE VITAM PHYSICAL THERAPY DIFFERENCE
“This is the only Physical Therapy experience I’ve had
where my therapist works harder than I do!”
Our strategic, balanced, integrative approach includes:
Knowing when other modalities need to be brought in like acupuncture to remediate pain and improve life force energy flow.
Understanding that sometimes the last thing you need is more overload.
Removing barriers to progress & optimizing restoration
Recognizing signs that may call for blood work, imaging, or referral to a specialist.
Working alongside a Physician for help with tests or prescriptions.
Being your doctors for life. No injury or pain required to come and see us!
Your session will be relaxing and rejuvenating.
