* Insurance:

  • If you have Blue Cross and choose to bill them we will submit for you for in-network coverage for services performed by a Physical Therapist or Acupuncturist for qualifying conditions.

  • If you have other private health insurance, we will provide you with a detailed receipt or superbill to submit to your insurance for out of network benefits.

  • Medicare or Medicaid:  we are a non-participating clinic and are non-participating providers.  This means you are MORE than welcome for all of your wellness needs, but you are not eligible for benefits and you must sign an Advanced Beneficiary Notice agreeing to the laws and stating you, nor anyone acting on your behalf, will not submit for reimbursement.

**Insurance for specialty bodywork sessions

  • Health insurance does not currently pay for craniosacral therapy, zero balancing, or other specialty bodywork sessions.  However, some of these treatment methods may be incorporated into Physical Therapy & Acupuncture plans of care and performed by a PT or LAC and as such billable to qualifying cases.
